WHAT WE DO
Development
We enjoy having conversations with people from all walks of life, trying new things, and traveling to different places. These are vital components of who we are and how we develop our programming. Our development process is unique in that we draw inspiration from virtually everything around us. Meeting people and seeking different cultural experiences helps us identify new entry points into frequently explored subject matter and common themes. It goes without saying that we are highly inquisitive and voracious consumers of all types of news, information, and media.
Casting
Our casting team is skilled in identifying untapped television personalities and carefully selecting the perfect blend of on-camera talent for our wide-ranging shows. We are always looking for people who have larger than life personas and who are naturally very animated. We are currently casting for experts, families, siblings, couples, people of color, public figures, and celebrities. Depending on our particular needs the casting department may conduct auditions by appointment, hold open call auditions, or schedule online video auditions. Production
Anyone can tell a story, but we don’t just tell stories. Our mantra is to Entertain, Engage, and Enlighten our audience. The producers and production staff at Kipling Films work in tandem to craft indelible content and programming for our viewers. Our producers for lack of better words know how to set the mood… in TV terms of course. We are masterful in getting the maximum effect out of a scene whether it be dramatic, suspenseful, or even comical.
Post-Production
If you’ve ever watched something on television that caught your eye but eventually lost your attention, then you know how it feels to be tethered to something that goes on for way too long. We understand that feeling too, which is why our in-house post-production team works relentlessly to ensure our entertainment is worthy of your time. Our editors are exceptional at driving stories, building anticipation, tightening scenes, and helping create an overall show rhythm. We take great pride in delivering concise, digestible, attention-grabbing content, and programming.
